What is WIP?

Women in Pashmina (WIP) is an individual wing created under NPIA to support and uplift women in Pashmina industry. Despite comprising nearly 70% of workforce, women have operated in shadow. By coming together under this initiative, women can share experiences, offer mutual support, and collectively strive towards greater recognition and opportunities within the industry. Who can be a member?

Any woman who has been associated in Pashmina industry and willing to contribute to this initiative in anyway can be the member.

Please fill up the form and provide necessary info with PAN no., citizenship copy, pp size photo. Payment Amount – Yearly Rs. 8000. Can pay by e-Sewa, bank.
